How metering works

Compute is metered. Questions are not.

Compute is metered. Questions are not. Enrichment and exports do measurable work per row, so they carry a meter; asking the data a question never does. The free plan has a monthly question allowance, which is a limit rather than a charge.

What you sign

A coverage schedule, measured.

Buying data means buying coverage, so every order form carries a coverage schedule — Exhibit A — generated by the product from the same measurement that powers its coverage view, not from a slide. If coverage is stale or unmeasured on the day it is generated, the schedule says so instead of quoting a number.

Questions about pricing
Are questions metered?
No. Enrichment and exports are metered because they spend compute per row. Asking the data a question is never billed by the unit. The free plan carries a monthly question allowance, which is a limit, not a charge.
Why is there no price on Pro?
Because we quote against the coverage a team actually needs, and a number posted here that we would not honour is worse than no number. Email us and you get the real one.
What am I promised about coverage?
Exactly what was measured, on the date it was measured. Exhibit A on your order form is generated from the product’s own coverage measurement, and it reports an unmeasured or stale result as such rather than rounding it up.
How is plan access enforced?
Off your user record, checked on every request. Plans are not enforced in the interface alone — the data endpoints check the same plan before they answer.
